From our initial contact with new clients, which, invariably will almost always involve a telephone discussion, we act immediately, by booking in your survey and telephoning your Estate Agent and booking in your survey, liaising with homeowners and are insured to provide unaccompanied surveys and hold keys. We ensure your kept informed throughout the process with regular updates and aim to have all our Survey Reports back to clients within 3 working days.
